In this post we will tell you how to book Amarnath Yatra Pilgrimage ?. There may be many questions in your mind about the Amarnath Yatra booking procedure , terms and conditions, and at the same time after booking how to avail the services, payments terms etc. We will describe each term step by step.

Step 1- Call or WhatsApp this contact No +91- 96-50-17-94- 46 , +91-96-50-17-94-51 or send your query from this query form link online.
Step 2- Give details about Your Name, Total No of Persons , Types of Packages ( By Helicopter 0r Trek ) , Duration , Route ( From Pahalgam/ Chandanwari or Neelgrath /Baltal ) , Your email id, Mobile No, WhatsApp No and Date of Journey.
Step 3- Date of Journey must be between 30th June 2022 – 11th August 2022 . Read More about dates from here.
Step 4- Tell us about types and packages you have selected. Choose the package from this link. Amarnath Yatra 2022 Package cost at a glance given below in Table A & Table B..
Step 5. Once you make payment and after getting confirmation from our side you send us Your aadhar card, yatri contact no, email id along with weight of passengers in proper format.
Step 6- Once you come for Yatra you should be ready with your Original Medical Certificate, which we don’t require until you don’t come for Yatra. Read more about Amarnath Yatra 2022 Medical .

- What are the Amarnath Yatra 2022 Terms & Conditions ?
( ii) cancellation between 120 – 365 days – 50 % cancellation charges of Package cost
( iii) cancellation between 29-119 days- 75 % cancellation charges of Package cost.
( iv) cancellation between 0-30 days- Full cancellation charge
( v ) – No show no refund
Please read carefully our terms & conditions before booking with us. If you have already booked then you can ask for a copy of the same. Using this website means you agree with our terms & conditions.
No Refund at all before 30 days of Commencement of Amarnath Yatra. This Year Amarnath Yatra may Start from 30th June 2022, so any request of Cancellation after 30th May 2022 will have zero refund ( No Refund ). You can get a helicopter refund provided the helicopter company refunds the amount. No refund for Accommodation , Transport & Registration booking.
Following are the Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy
- All Disputes are Subject to Noida Jurisdiction Only.
- We are not responsible if you are not availed any services for which you have paid due to whatsoever reason.
- Itinerary may change or cancel without prior notice.
- Tour may cancel without prior Notice
- show ,no Refund
- Standard cancellation policy will be applied for cancellation.
- We are not responsible for any loss due to natural disaster, helicopter timing, helicopter does not fly , hotel services , car services, curfew, communal rights, helicopter tickets not arranged due to whatsoever reason etc .
- Helicopter Cancellation Policies are different from Package cancellation policy,both policies will be as per our company’s Rules.
- All arrangements will be done by M/s amarnathjiyatra.com, if due to whatsoever reason or seats unavailability , if we are not able to give you helicopter tickets for any destinations, in that case only standard /Govt price of helicopter tickets mentioned on helicopter company website/govt website will be refunded , and no extra benefits will be given except refund of helicopter ticket price.
- We are not bound to give any particular timings of helicopter tickets for any route as asked by you in any circumstances, if you book and don’t get helicopter tickets of that particular timing then only helicopter tickets actual price will be refunded after deducting the helicopter operator charge. No Extra Benefit apart from that.
- Refund Policy for Package booking.
( i) – Minimum 50 % cancellation charges if Yatra cancels due to whatsoever reason , Rest paid 50 % amount will be credited for only Amarnath Yatra year 2023 as credit note. Credit notes will be valid only for 1 year Yatra . If Same Problem continues next year too then all amounts will be forfeited. This term is valid if yatra cancels 90 days in advance . If yatra cancels any days between 0- 89 days , then no amount shall be refunded. All amounts will be forfeited.
( ii) Package cancellation between “N days – 60 Days” before Starting of Amarnath yatra, 50 % of total package amount will be refunded provided you deposit the full package amount otherwise minimum cancellation charge 50 % of the whole package amount.
For Example if Your total Package Cost is Rs 100000 & You want to Cancel before 60 days of Your Journey Date , then Cancellation charge will be 50% that means Rs 50000 . If You Pay Rs 60000 then Rs 10000 will be Refunded , and if You Pay Rs 30000 then Rs 20000 you will have to pay additional. If You don’t Pay a shortage amount within 30 days of Cancellation then Interest rate of 18% annually on the balance amount will be taken .
( iii ) 30-59 days before the start of Amarnath yatra ,25% of the total package amount will be refunded provided you deposit the full package amount .
For Example if Your total Package Cost is Rs 100000 & You want to Cancel between 30- 59 days of Your Journey Date , then Cancellation charge will be 60% that means Rs 60000 . If You Pay Rs 70000 then Rs 10000 will be Refunded , and if You Pay Rs 50000 then Rs 10000 you will have to pay additional. If You don’t Pay a shortage amount within 30 days of Cancellation then Interest rate of 18% annually on the balance amount will be taken .
( iv) 0-29 days before the start of Amarnath yatra, no amount will be refunded.
For Example if Your total Package Cost is Rs 100000 & You want to Cancel between 0-30 days of Your Journey Date , then Cancellation charge will be 100% that means Rs 100000 . If You Pay Rs 100000 then no amount will be Refunded , and if You Pay Rs 90000 then Rs 10000 you will have to pay additional. If You don’t Pay a shortage amount within 30 days of Cancellation then Interest rate of 18% annually on the balance amount will be taken .
(v ) No Show No Refund
( vi ) Partially or fully used services are non refundable
(vii) All Refund percentage as per package Price only.
- Refund Policy for Helicopter Ticket booking
(i) 60 Days before Starting of Amarnath yatra, 35 % amount will be refunded
b.30-59 days before Starting of Amarnath yatra, 25% amount will be refunded
(ii) 15-29 days before Starting of Amarnath yatra, 15 % amount will be refunded
( iii) .0-15 days before Starting of Amarnath yatra, no amount will be refunded.
(iv) No Show No Refund
(v )Partially or fully used services are non refundable
(vi) All Policies Mentioned above May Change or extra Points may be added without prior notice .
( vii )Apart from above policies, all standard policy rules for a Holiday /Tour Operator/Travel Agency will be applicable
(viii) Before booking/making payment with us, you agreed through phone/mail that you have no objection with the above terms and conditions and you are ready to book with us.
5. How many Persons can travel in a Helicopter & Trekking at a time ?
Ans- If you go by Helicopter then we can provide 50 persons booking from both the routes in a single day for travel dates between 1st July – 15 July, 100 persons for 16 july- 31 july & 150 for 1st August – till last date. and if you can go trekking then everyday 100 people from each route. If you talk about travelling in a single trip by helicopter then 6 persons can travel in a helicopter and by trekking 7500 people from each route. Helicopter frequency is 10 minutes from Baltal & 20 minutes from Pahalgam
