• Personal Trekking Assistance: Charges for ponies, dollies, or mules used for trekking are not included.
• Taxes: A 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be applied.
• Additional Expenses: Any expenses not explicitly mentioned under “Inclusions” are your responsibility. This may include train or airfare, monument entrance fees, shikara rides, personal expenses, laundry, phone calls, and unforeseen costs due to weather issues, helicopter cancellations, landslides, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Gratuities: Tipping is entirely at your discretion and not expected.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we’ve outlined our cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all our valued customers. Please review the following terms carefully:

0-60 Days: If you cancel your booking within 0-60 days before the start of your trekking adventure, unfortunately, no refunds will be provided.

61-90 Days: Cancellations made between 61-90 days before the trip’s start date will be eligible for a 25% refund, provided that the full package amount has been paid.

91-365 Days: Should you need to cancel between 91-365 days prior to the start of the tour, a 50% refund of the package cost will be granted, given that the full package amount has been paid.

Please note:

• A minimum booking amount of 50% is required.
• A minimum cancellation amount of 50% applies.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
• In the event of force majeure situations such as landslides, curfews, earthquakes, floods,  terror attacks etc, the cancellation policy remains applicable. In any circumstance, a minimum cancellation fee of 50% of the package cost will be charged & before starting of trek  0-60 days no refund.
• Partial or unused services are non-refundable.
• Insurance charges are additional.
• Permit fees are non-refundable.
• Trekking kit charges are additional, or you may choose to carry your own.
• We provide essential equipment including a duffle bag, 100 ml oxygen cylinder, backpack, trekking stick, raincoat, and a down jacket. The down jacket is returnable.
