Minimum Group Size:

• To ensure a comfortable and efficient charter experience, this tour requires a minimum of 5 participants and must be booked in multiples of 5.

Booking and Payment:

• The total charter cost will be calculated based on the next multiple of 5 for your group size.
  • For example, a group of 3 people will be charged the cost for 5 people.
  • A group of 8 people will be charged the cost for 10 people.
  • A group of 13 people will be charged the cost for 15 people.
• Per day seat availability is limited to 5 persons.
• The overall weight limit for passengers and luggage is 450 kg.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive in Srinagar, meet our representative, and transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Relax and enjoy the evening in this scenic city.

Day 2: Wake up to a hearty breakfast and proceed to the Srinagar helipad. Board your chartered helicopter for a breathtaking flight to Panchtarni. Upon arrival, complete your pilgrimage to the holy Amarnath Cave (pony/palki charges not included). In the evening, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and transfer to Srinagar airport for your onward journey.

• Travel Dates: Jul 01, 2025 – August 09, 2025
• Weather Conditions: Helicopter flights are subject to weather conditions. In case of cancellation, a 10% deduction will be applied to the charter fee. Hotel and transportation charges are non-refundable.
• Refund Policy: This is a non-refundable tour. Please ensure your travel plans are finalized before booking.
• Helicopter Refund: In case of helicopter cancellation due to weather, the remaining 90% of the charter fee will be refunded after deduction by the Amarnathji Shrine Board. You will need to provide your bank account details at the Srinagar helipad for direct deposit.

• 5-Star Hotel Package: ₹ 1,95,000 per person (includes 2 nights stay, breakfast, sightseeing if any, and transportation)
• 4-Star Premium Hotel Package: ₹ 1,65,000 per person (includes 2 nights stay, breakfast, sightseeing if any, and transportation)
• 4-Star Deluxe Hotel Package: ₹ 1,50,000 per person (includes 2 nights stay, breakfast, sightseeing if any, and transportation)
• 4-Star Basic Hotel Package: ₹ 1,35,000 per person (includes 2 nights stay, breakfast, sightseeing if any, and transportation)

Please note:

• Prices listed are per person, based on a group of 5 traveling together.
• If your group is smaller than 5, there will be an additional charge per person:
  • 1 person: ₹2.75 lakhs extra
  • 2 people: ₹1.05 lakhs extra per person
  • 3 people: ₹50,000 extra per person
  • 4 people: ₹15,000 extra per person
• Groups of 5 or any multiple of 5 incur no additional charges.
• Groups larger than 5, but not a multiple of 5, will have additional charges as outlined above.
• Maximum capacity per helicopter is 6 people.
• Total weight, including luggage, cannot exceed 410-450 kg.

Exclusions

• Airfare/Train Fare: Airfare or train fare to and from Srinagar is not included.
• Additional Days: Charges for extending your stay in Srinagar beyond the included 2 nights are not included (refer to pricing for optional add-on nights).
• Helicopter Cancellation: In case of helicopter cancellation due to weather, a 10% deduction will be applied to the charter fee. Hotel and transportation charges are non-refundable.
